Basic Wordpress Sites - Test site looking to find ongoing website partner

We are an Australian online advertising agency and are looking for an ongoing partner. We work on volume so if this job is done properly you can expect ongoing weekly work from us. We already have 3 developers on other outsourcing sites but are looking for better quality, value for money and better communication. Communication is key and would like to speak both on freelancer and skype. Looking for a 5-10 page custom wordpress website built. If necessary, simple logo will be required. Primary traffic source for websites will be from adwords. Seo friendly, Meta tags will need to be set up. Wordpress login details need to be provided from our domain name. Mock up would need to be provided before approval of website build. If happy with this "trial" we are an internet marketing company with large volume of websites sales can will be happy to build a long term business relationship, looking for wholesale prices. Turn around time for websites completed is a 5 business days. Price to beat is $110 per site.
