Adult Affiliate Website

We need an affiliate website for an adult website referral program. Must be very interactive and be able to have users register,login, check stats, see sales, see clicks, also see other affiliates usernames/sales/clicks as well. Also show who has most sales and offer bonuses for the affiliate with most sales. Affiliates must Be able to create plash pages with custom names,profiles..with diffrent designs to choose from, on splash pages should have a random live webcam stream playing on splash page with a scripted messenger design as it looks like the girl is typing using a script the affiliates load. Also main affiliate site must have some flash fancy design like cash money.. The slash pages must be flash with a countdown meter to show the customers they have certain amount of time to accept the invitation. I have examples to show you. when customer accepts invite they will be taken to another page to signup for free trial and also have a check box at bottom thats auto checked to signup for a membership third party website recurring.
