Adsense Site That Generates $20-$25 per day

I'm looking to buy an Adsense website that makes AT LEAST $20 -$25 USD per day.

In this task you will write SEO optimized content and will configure and update the site until it starts generating at least $20-$25 per day consistently. The website can be built anyway you want it but the site must contain the following.

- Provide an overview plan on what the topic and site will be about.

- Contain at least 25-40 articles that are unique and have not yet been published

- Must be original and SEO optimized with keywords used frequently

- Must generate $20 - $25 USD per day

- Any niche except adult, Pharma, violence, gambling are not acceptable sites. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100%

- I will register a Domain Name upon your request and that matches the Niche YOU Recommend

- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing

- Must contain related images to niche topic

- Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads

- Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites)

- Must Be Adsense optimized

- Have my Google Analytic plug in installed so i can monitor the traffic

- I WILL NEED AN ADSENSE ACCOUNT SINCE I DON'T HAVE ONE. I will either make one for you after the website is complete or you can make it and then send me the info to the account. Whichever is best for you but it needs to be a fully activated Adsense account. If i cant get into Google Adsense with the site you made i wont be able to pay you.

Once the project is awarded, I will create 25% of milestone payment from your bid amount and I will hold the payment for 30 days or until i get payment from Google.
