Add features and fix bugs in existing website

We are looking for a senior PHP, MYSQL developer to enhance functionality on an existing web page and fix some existing bugs. These are must requirements: 1. Linux sever experience and ability to work on cron jobs in Linux environment. Web site has cron jobs that needs to be modified. New cron jobs need to be created. 2. After you complete the code on your server, it needs to be copied to our dev server for more testing. After two days it will be copied to live server. 3. Payment will be done after each item is delivered. 4. At completion of each milestone a code review is needed. The 6 items below needs to be delivered in 6 days: 1. Some users get a blank page when they load the site. This issue only happens to some users from their location. I was told this could be a PhP bug that causes a blank screen once site is loaded. 2. Search based on canada->bc->vancouver. Then click on one of the ads and location changes back to my IP location in US. In this case, location should stay in Canada. 3. Sponsored ads for Canada and India are not displayed when Search/browse/change is done for invalid city. 4. When search/browse/change location based on us->pa->123, ads based on PA should be shown but from CA are shown. 5. When ad page is opened, rolling ads and sponsored ads are not showing up on the bottom of the page. 6. When doing browse, the word "Next" is not displayed in the right place. The same issue exists in "my account" and couple of more places. It is a display issue. The following items below will be done in 2nd phase: 1. For certain locations we do not get all the listings. For example search/browse results for US->NV->Las Vegas do not get all the hotel listings. Also when ad page is opened, not all the hotels are shown on the bottom. 2. There are 6 cron jobs for the site on the production site and development site each. They do not work ok and need to be fixed. 3. We want to allow users that do the ranking for ads, upload three pictures at ranking time. The pictures will go the same location as the ad pictures are. ADMIN will be able to delete any pictures in any ad. 4. When user replies to an ad, we need to keep the user email anynomous. 5. Admin should be able to assign ADMIN rights to another user. 6. In ADMIN user account, we want to be able to filter ADMIN ad postings based on location or ad number. 7. Search based on ads that have active coupons. 8. The web page find the user location based on IP address (Geo IP). When user clicks on "Home", user is taken back to default screen mode and location is reset to where IP of user was found. User can also do a "Change Location" and change its location to a new city. While user is in this new location, click on home should take user to default page based on the new home (Home1). If user clicks on LOGO then user is back to HOME based on Geo IP address (Home2). Currently we only support Home2 which is resetting use location to geo ip location. 9. Accept 0 for cost of item (minor fix).
