Add features to an existing Wordpress site

This project concerns the website www.partytentenverhuur.nl. It consists in three different (small) projects:
1. Place a slider in the header of the website (without the content) and make sure it randomly changes pics whenever you change a page (see [url removed, login to view]). Also add an option to make it change though time (every 5 seconds) Add a button in the Wordpress cms so I'll be able to add and delete slides myself (see [url removed, login to view]);
2. Add a button (same style as the buttons used in the WooCommerce plugin, used throughout this website) to the header to go directly to [url removed, login to view] Have it say "MIJN OFFERTE".
3. Make the website smartphone and tablet compatible/friendly.
