Add Stuff to New site

Hi I need the following work done. The site uses Smarty for templating. 1: Remove all UNUSED CSS and JS 2: Need a Cart with Paypal Integration > All products will add to cart > Needs options to Pay only Deposit (£100) or Pay in Full I want it too look like this: [login to view URL] I do not need the "Promo Code" or "Shipping" but i do need "VAT @ 20%" The cart does not add anything to MySQL. Once the User clicks Proceed There will be a 2nd page where the user enters in the following details Full Name Company Name Address Telephone Number Proceed Next page will be payment, the choice to pay in full or pay only deposit (£100) All details are then emailed to the website owner, and the customer makes the payment. The Paypal reference needs to be SURNAME-POSTCODE example: SURNAME-DA20HN You will be doing the PHP/JS etc 3: I need a copy of a JS system that is used on another website, it very simple, but you need to create 5 images for it, so it matches our products instead and we don't want it too look the same, so it does not look like its a copy, for now the images/text will be hardcoded in the TPL. When the user as finished with the system it adds it to the cart. 4: Add a search box in the header where the magnifiy glass is and points to [login to view URL] 5: Add drop down menu's to the top navigation, i want the same as [login to view URL] including both types, normal drop down and megamenu - this should be JS and so i can add it to other sites if i want too. The website is still in construction so this wont look like the final product i just need you to do these 5 points. Make sure the code is easy to read, and things like the menu's and cart i want to be able to simply copy the files and use in other sites, so these should be there own standalone files. Thanks
