AdSense website that capable to generate minimum $20+ per day in long term

I'm seeking for an AdSense expert/s to build and create an AdSense website that capable to generate minimum $20+ per day in LONG TERM (1 year +) You have to arrange all site from A to Z. Content must be premium copy scape passed as well as it have to have content witch is attractive, unique and interesting so that visitor can stay on the site. Website must be fully operational and generates the minimum amount of cash daily ($20+ USD per day) in LONG TERM (1 year +) without any my or third party effort. All practices must maintain account in good standing. The website should have unique and useful contents without spam articles etc. Content must be unique and premium. Terms: - Must be SEO optimized and be done with having in mind future updates in content (as needed) to continue generate income ($20+ USD per day). - MUST follow Google AdSense rules and regulations. - Only WHITE HAT SEO Techniques. NO Black Hat etc. or other techniques. - AdSense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. - No bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services - Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic/generate clicks on the website. Unique organic traffic through search engines (no bots or traffic sites) - No Pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by AdSense rules - The site must generate income in LONG TERM (1 year +) with AT LEAST $20+ USD per day. - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads - Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked. - Must contain related images to niche topic. - All copyrights of the content etc must be assigned to me in writing. Ideas for any other good income generation are more than welcome. No pre-payment will be done. - First 70% of your payment will be paid ONLY AFTER I will see constant income in my AdSense account and first payment will be received/cleared from Google AdSense. - Second 30%payment will be made after second payment from AdSense as so we will know that we have a good project done.
