I am looking for someone with Adsense expertise to design a Wordpress website that will earn $40+ a day through Google Adsense.

* Must be a standalone website
* Cannot involve anything related to adult entertainment, pharmacy, violence, gambling, warez or anything that is not acceptable to the adsense TOS. Again, the site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TERMS OF SERVICE
* All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing
* Must contain related images to niche topic
* Design must be neat and optimised to attract people to click on the ads
* Unique organic traffic (no bots or bought traffic) THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE
* Must be optimized for Google Adsense
