About.me Site Needed

The project will be a site similar of [login to view URL] witht some of the features of [login to view URL] The look and feel of the site will be like [login to view URL], I will have the same features they offer. Here are the differences that I need: As in [login to view URL], for the following features the user will have to upgrade to a premium account to get these features: #Send a message via form #Statistics #Custom background In admin besides having the normal control of users, ad/edit/delete/activate/desactivate etc I will also have transaction control of all the users, sign up date, when premium accounts are due etc. I will also be able to export users via excel. I should be also be able to block IPs. I should be able to set the price to get the premium account, I shoudl be able to insert my Paypal id for payment. I shoudl be able to send a mailing to the whole list of users from my admin. For the background templates, I will be able to ad/edit/delete background images. I will also be able to ad/edit /delete services (Facebook, Twitters etc, or whatever new ones may come) Another diference I want to point out is when a user sign up , they will be able to sign up as an individual person or as a company. So the sign up form (step 2) has to reflect that. (Either personal user or company). We will have a directory for both personal or company. In terms of showing the profiles on front page, there will be 2 sections, personal profiles and busineses, I would like to show randomly . [login to view URL] Reference site has an offer section in the user admin (you have to create an account to see), in this case it has an offer from [login to view URL] to create business cards. I shoudl be able to do this too. I shoudl also be able to create other kinds of offers as they come. I shoudl be able to set up this from my admin, One of the things the user can do is change the font type, they work with the api from [login to view URL] We shoud be able to do this also. This website will be in Spanish, BUT I shoudl be able to translate everything in an easy way. So no translation is required but site must have a [login to view URL] file to be easly translated.
