API Mapping Website with Forum, Blog, Coupons, wiki page

I'm wanting a website that will have a map that will display a logo of "stores" that will be created by me and displayed on the site. When you click on the logo on the map, it will take you to the "store page." This "store page" will be controlled by the "store owner" (through their admin panel that I give them access too) and they will be able to add their "store products" and pricing and also upload their pictures, videos and a description about the store or whatever. The site will also have a rating system, forum, blog, wiki page. The members will only have 1 member panel for all sections throughout the site. I already have the design and html for the site. I need you to code the site to make it work. Please provide me with your best api mapping job. If I like what I see, I'll contact you and we can go over everything on the site and design and you can then give me a quote for the whole project. Thanks, Michael
