animated spinning wheels (reels)(repost)(repost)

Hi This project is to be made in visual basic 6 and with the use of direct x . Basically is a small game creation but only the animation is needed. There is a main image where it has room for 5 tapes . The tape is the visible part of a reel (cylinder) were on this tape there are sprites . I will provide you in the main image the location of each sprite and also the winning lines . i want by selecting a sprite and a line , and by pressing the start button , the 5 wheels (reels) should start spinning . The sprites are 9 in total . I want while the reels are spinning the program to select 25 sprites per columm to spin them and therefore to create a virtual culinder . At the last 3 sprites the cylinder should slow down and the stopping of each cylinder should happen in order by left to right and they should have a time difference between them which is 5 sprites. Now when the spinning stops , the selected sprite should be in the selected line that was selected before we press the start button . So i review i will provide the 9 sprites , the main image where the animation will take place , the winning lines image and a demo image to understand what i want . ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
