Directory Structury Parser

The purpose of this project is to develop a application that will be used to build a flat file of a directory file / folder / structure. The flat file type is user selectable and can be comma, tab or pipe delimited. The file will be used to upload the files in the structure to a document management system and requiring the folder names to ne used at information during the upload process. ## Deliverables See attached detail and sample files
