I need a software to Manage a CyberCafe, it needs to do the following: 1.- It could have 2 types of working. With open time in which the client pay when he finish, and the other way is if he buys periods of time, in amounts of 5 minutes. In the first way you need to be checking th amount of time from the begining, but you could algo have stops if the user ask for them. 2.- The amount to be charged is an amount per time, and also it could be applied some promotios like 5 hours per ther price of 4. 3.- Any client computer could received extra charges such a Coke or some Nachos. (This is dessired, but is the least importat point). 4.- An Administrator password will be needed to install programs or uninstall them. This administrator also the only one that could use the control Panel. The manager (usually from his computer) could turn off any Client computer, or could turn a lock\screensaver to protect computers from being used. 5.- When any Client computer wants to print a message is received on the Manager computer, if the manager computer authorizes it the print is done and the charge is registered on the master the Client account. 6.- CTRL-ALT-DEL is avoid from Client Computers.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
