Custom Scanning Application

I need someone to develop an application that does these things. 1. This must work with ADF scanners because my scanner has ADF 2. Must have the option to either seperate each page into seperate files or lumping them into one file 3. File Format to save file in choices are tif, jpg, gif. pdf is optional 4. Settings where a person can choose a directory where all incoming scans go into 5. Quality (from high quality or low quality) 6. Should be able to create files unattended. What this means is for example, if I have 3 7 page documents, I feed the 7 pages through. That would be one file. The same with the other 2. I do not have to do anything else for it to create the files 7. For file naming, random naming is okay except when sorted in Windows Explorer, it needs to show the list from the oldest file scanned to the newest file scanned when sorting by file name 8. Settings to show how dark or light the scan will be 9. If a person has a scanner that handles duplex, then there needs to be an option to choose whether single sided or double sided is used for incoming scans 10. If a person does not have an ADF scanner, then disable all ADF features to it. If the program is open when hitting the scan button on the scanner, the program needs to capture the information from the scanner from that point so a person does not have to go to the computer for each page. This can be done with C++ but if so, then interface it with Visual Basic. ## Deliverables The source code and executable for the scanning application. Do not use the Wang Imaging components because that does not work with Windows XP ## Platform Windows 2000 Professional Edition, Windows XP Home Edition
