Create VB or.Net application out of my site

I have site called Waiteraid.com. It is a table booking system for restaurnats built in php and mysql. My web application works fine but it has limitations, so I would now like to make some new features and build an application in any language you prefer that gives me extra funtionality. The site is mainly built of the six attached pages but there are of course alot of things happening on each page. The application I want built shall be able to do all the things I can do in my web application, and also some more things. In the zip file you will find a document stating exactly what I want to do in terms of new features. Regarding the app I want built it shall be an easy install application on the client side that connects to the existing MySql database adn that gives me some extra functionality. You will see all existing pages in my screen shots. And especially [login to view URL] shall be given drag and drop facilities as explained in the document attached. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
