Calculate Area and Collect a text vaues from DWG-file

Calculating weight function

We use a VeCad-OCX from [url removed, login to view] in a software and we want to calculate the area of a kitchen bench in one of the layers in the drawing and collect a textvalue that contains what material of the bench is and with this information we will calculate the weight of the benches. The bench can have a hole for the sink. The bench can have round corners. You must also read a letter that is situated within the benchs outline that tells what material it is. The letter could be for example A and in the informationarea at the right of the drawing it says A Teak. Then I need to now the Area for bench A and what material it is in this case Teak.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
