I need a VB.Net program with FTP functionality, able to find the Internet connection available in the PC and get connected (If the connection is dial-up, the program should be able to open and close the connection automatically), and able to import the downloaded files to MySQL table (I will supply you the database). The FTP functionalities should be totally configurable. The process flow is: At certain date and time the program should able to: 1. Connect to the Internet 2. Upload a file via FTP to a webserver. 3. Save the FTP log in the PC. 4. Close the connection At certain date and time the program should able to: 1. Connect to the Internet 2. Download couple of file via FTP from a webserver. 3. Save the FTP log in the PC. 4. Close the connection 5. Import the data of each file in MySQL table **Note: I will use the windows scheduled task option to setup the date and times that the program must run. If you have any other ideas, please let me knows. This program MUST be automated and not require user input. Also, do not use any third party component. Please READ the specifications of this project DO NOT BID to do the work if you cannot do the work, deliver the completed work on time and as per my project specifications as this will result in my withdrawal of my acceptance of your bid and cancellation of the project. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
