ActiveX Multithreaded downloader in VB

This project will provide the developer with visual basic 6 code to a project that can download files from the [login to view URL] resembles a download manager, so you can imagine the type of interface/commands it uses. I need the developer to do the following in this code. I want the downloader to be multithreaded. It already has segmented downloading, but I need it to be able to run asyncronous multithreaded instances from outside the program code. If you have worked with multithreading in visual basic before you already know that it is not compatible with multithreading as standard - thus the project will need to be encapsulated in an ActiveX control (if you would like more information on this see google). I will require a test program with the completed ActiveX control to demonstrate that it does perform the functions specified. The activeX control will also need to be able to be supplied with arguments such as url's etc (eg. [login to view URL] = something, [login to view URL] etc.) (The project's main download Object does actually allow this, so you just need to make sure all the methods are cross linked) Let me know if you have experience with this type of development before, in your bid replies.
