ActiveX Control DLL sample code needed

I need a couple of ActiveX DLLs or ActiveX Controls written in Visual Basic 6.0 so I can use it to learn how to write these for myself. As such, I am attaching specifications for code that will provide me with what I need including a testing method. RandomAlert ActiveX DLL or ActiveX Control: Description: This program will generate events at random times based on user parameters. ExcelAttachedAlert ActiveX DLL or ActiveX Control Description: This program will take the events generated by the RandomAlert and pass the AlertTime and AlertNumber (from the RandomAlert), and IntervalNumber (which is generated in this code) to the specified [login to view URL] for the specified Excel Instance. Other: This code must be able to be run from multiple programs at one time. For COMPLETE SPECS, please see the uploaded file. When bidding for this, indicate if you'd use ActiveX controls or DLLs and why. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Testing Platform: This code will be delivered along with Two Excel workbooks which will demonstrate that the code works. Each Excel Workbook will invoke the ExcelAttachedAlert at least THREE times and each time will reference a different Excel Range to put the resultant data in. The workbooks must be able to run at the same time, each in a different instance of Excel. And if the code is working, then you'll see different data in each workbook and cell.
