CSS/Java Help Revisions to Ad Code

Ok I have a have a free hosting provider which places a code on the free hosted pages which generates and ad like so… [login to view URL] As you can see the ad flows up and down the page, staying at the bottom. The thing that needs to be considered when working on this is that we try to put as little as code as we can on the users pages and that we can only place code at the very top, like so… ![Image and video hosting by TinyPic][1] So everything must be in external files, I will provide you with all the files and these are the corrections and changes I need to the ad solution… 1) The ad must never be effected by onsite CSS like here [login to view URL] as you can see the input and the search button have changed a bit because of onsite CSS, I want this not to happen in any browser to anything in that div, that div CSS and stuff is provided by its on CSS file, adstyle.css. 2) The ad must never be covered by anything on the site like on [login to view URL] as you for some reason the ad flows under the main content, this should also never happen in any browser. 3) The final thing I need done is to make that button on the left control whether the ad floats on the bottom or the top, default bottom, but if clicked on top it should start floating there until next page load or clicked on bottom part and so on, this should be compatible with all browsers also. Ok that’s it, I’m looking for quick job and I assume there is a good amount of people that can do this here, so I wish to find the person today and have him maybe even finish it today, tell me how you plan to do the job and how you are qualified.
