I need a Good programmer that have worked with telephone companies or ISP to develop a billing system for a voice over IP application, that software should be front ended with a radius server and back ended with a SQL DB. That software should support the following: Prepaid and post paid calling Prepaid and post paid calling cards (almost as above) IVR integration Web interface for in house use and other for customer use.
