Basic draw poker game.

I want a basic dra poker game for Windows. I'm not sure which language is used, as long as the game works. This game will not use graphics at all. I want this for blind computer users who use screen-reader technology to readthe text form the screen. I need edit boxes and checkboxes to be used for displaying information and selecting or deselecting cards, and button for confirming choices, such as draw, Quit, ETC. Instead of graphics, we will use text and sound files for ambiance. I will provide sound files to use for drawing cards, ETC. I plan on distributing this to a blind organization, so if someone is willing to work with me on this, I would appreciate it. The only requirements are that it will be a basic 5 draw poker game, that will be played against the computer. There should be a running total of earnings + or -. If it is possible to have two or three computer players for the user to play against, it would be great, for added competition. But this is the only complexity.
