Automatic Web 2.0 Submitter Application

I am looking for an application to be made which is similar to an application which is already available on the market, senuke(dot)com. The application makes submitting to web 2.0 websites automatic, so if someone wanted to submit a video to say youtube and daily motion, with a press of a button the site will be submitted to these sites, for full fuctionality please visit the above site and watch the videos, there are 4 videos in total which show in full how the application will work. But I would like to add a few more features to this app.
