AES encryption variable bit length info

do you have experience with implementing the encryption algorithm "AES" with "variable bit length" (not fixed bit length - but variable bit length such as 2048 bit)? If so, then please post a comment here about what you have done previously related to this. You must also provide support/help 2 coders implement this encryption algorithm as well as refer to whatever manuals there could be helpful for them. If job done well then there will be future jobs also if desired. This is an advanced project so kindly only bid if you have multiple good ratings at RAC - no newbies, sorry.
