database optimize and server speed

I need to have a certain query work fast. I need a solution.I need a linux professional/ administrator to optimize my server MySQL and PHP/Apache settings for better performance of my PHP application. I recently purchased a dedicated server of 16GB Ram...i want to edit .cnf file to optimum values s certain queries run fast.... There is a particular query that needs to work fast. I will not provide any advance or downpayment... This is urgent and my budget is not that high either....so please bid smartly. This is the second time i am posting this. Please do not bid if you have no solution or experience in solving the problem. I don't want you to try something and then ask me to pay you since i awarded the project : I WILL NOT PAY YOU IF YOU HAVE NO SOLUTION OR IF THAT QUERY CANNOT WORK FAST OR IF YOU CANNOT SPEED UP THE QUERIES RUNNING ON THE SERVER.
