cre loaded multi site plugin(repost)

OK I have a creloaded 6.4 b2b pro shop. we are now making 3 more shops similar to the main one( all based on creloaded). I need a plugin that will be easy to install. will connect with the new shops database. I will like to have a window with options of what I will like to sync, a few options are: products, sub products, product attributes, product description, categories, etc etc etc. select all option. save configuration option, so that I will not need to re tick all the boxes. all the options for the sync will be related to the products and categories. I will also have the option to do auto sync every hour/day/week. if you can sync the product/sub-products images, that will be great. You MUST show me a working sample of the module before I will release the funds. only creloaded experts please bid, thanks allot, Digibite.
