AX Dynamics Portal

I have built an online portal in AX (Microsoft Dynamics) The portal has 3 interfaces 1. being me the administrator second is the client and 3rd is a 3rd party WH who hold stock and carry out my installations (IT Hardware). I have developed the system to be a live system viewed by all parties added to by my 3rd party Warehouse but ultimately administered by me. I have a problem where I have a config tool that displays all orders requiring installation, what I would like to do is develop two reports. 1. a report that captures all my orders to my 3rd party WH out of AX to look like the attached example out of the system run on a by date by supplier criteria. 2. My Installer populates his spread sheet that needs to be bulk dumped bck into the system to capture serial numbers and dates. We are trying to streamline the process and avoid manual data entry of single orders. I have uploaded a work flow for you to see along with my Excel templates so far refer to both tabs in the exell sheet for what we are trying to achieve. any all ideas welcome
