I need a the ability to create a PDF file on the fly when a user requests certain information. The pdf would need information put in 5 to 7 different locations using different font sizes and colors. The text would also be centered or left justified depending on the location. Once created, the user should be prompted to download the PDF file with all the information displayed correctly. I attached the image that would be used for the PDF (Cert [login to view URL]) as the before and the after look is in the PDF file 9959350.pdf. We currently create a PNG then covert it to PDF, but we are finding that the number of request is causing issues with the server. We need to go directly to PDF.

I'm interested in working on this project with you. I've done a similar project before that involved generating certificates with text inserted in multiple locations. I would use a package to load the base image in as a PDF file, superimpose the certificate text, and then export the completed certificate as a PDF with whatever format of filename you desire.
