Create a Joomla site for searching rental appartments

I need a self-managed site to allow search of flats and appartments by different criteria. Should be SEO optimized and multilanguage, and preferibly made on Joomla. Please see detailed requirements for more information. ## Deliverables Dear coder: I need an estimation of cost and money for the following project: Web project made in PHP+MySQL (and possibly using Joomla) for renting of apartments in a city. There will be these pages: - Home - Search There will be a basical search, and also an advanced search with more fields such as neighborhood, squared meters, price, number of bedrooms, elevator, sun, accessibility, swimming-pool, etc... - Search results Will appear the Weather information of the city, photo which represents the city. Should allow to go back and change search criteria, something like "[login to view URL]". When user connects it will appear always his/her last search. - Apartment detail With photos of the flat. A calendar with availability for the days the flat could be rented. Option to export the Apartment detail to PDF and send it by e-mail to a friend. - Ads section Must be self-managed. Something like "why rent with us", "Weekly offers", "Last reservations of clients", "Best commented flats", "map with the cities", ... - Payment gateway Will be the gateway to the bank will the client say. Call to a URL (external to joomla and which is on another server) when the payment has been made. - Other pages: Other pages such as "about us", "FAQ", "contact", ... - Client section: Client will see his/her personal data and his/her reservations. All designs will be provided to you with PSD files. IMPORTANT 1: It should be SEO optimized. This is very important: it should position very well on google and other search engines (but mainly google). IMPORTANT 2: This site should be multilanguage (about 5 languages). We will include the translations, but back-office should be prepared to translate easyly all texts. IMPORTANT 3: We will have 5 different domain names, one for each language. We want to know if it's possible to have a unique joomla site which will select language depending on the domain you access from, instead of the default language of navigation. IMPORTANT 4: Data will be initially loaded by XML files provided by client. What I need is to know MONEY, TIME and ARCHITECTURE of the proposed solution (a single joomla installation, a joomla installation by every language or another option). Please ask whatever question you may have.
