CodeIgniter - Generate printable PDF from template

Hi,
We're looking for a developer to create (or use an existing) PDF generation library and provide a sample controller that will do the following:
1. Use an existing image from path as background for the generated PDF
2. Insert a QR code (from URL) to a specific position in the PDF
3. Add text (from a variable) to a specific position in the PDF
4. Create a method that will download the generated PDF
This should be fairly easy for anyone experienced with CodeIgniter + PDF generation.
We need to integrate this to our application and need the code to be structured well and easy to implement.
