Classic ASP Display Issue

Please see the screen shot and code attached to this project. We have a minor display issue in all versions of Internet Explorer. As you can see in the screen shot, the result displays at the bottom of the right column. The result(s) should display at the top.
The results display correctly in FireFox and Safarai.
In the attachment provided, the HTML file is the rendered output of the page and the ASP is the source code. The project requires making the appropriate modifications to the ASP file to display the search results properly.
