Build a Social Media monitoring Feed / Dashboard

We require a REAL time social media monitoring tool with the results arriving in the form of a feed consisting of results from all main internet search engines. The monitoring capabilities need to be able to handle crawling for multiple key words, including variations of Brands and numerous product or service titles at the same time. For example a phone company, it's name or brand, derivatives or nicknames of it's brand (e.g. vodafail instead of vodafone), #tags, even multiple twitter handles (users) all of which need to arrive in the one feed if mentioned anywhere on the internet, including Twitter, Facebook, Forums, Blogs and Major News sites. Reaction time is key. We need the ability to create client log ins once the key word/ search criteria is established so that monitoring of the feeds can be done from multiple locations. Google reader is a great example of what we are after although it no longer tracks twitter ( an important part of our business) If Filters can also be applied to cancel out spam and or to localise results is a bonus.
