see no one can 100% make you assured that it can be 100% hack free. Actually there is no code as such. But yes we can do some preventive steps like IP blociking, stop sql injection, install code cleaner. Do you know dns1 and dns2 for your domain. I can host for a week in our server. Hi, You can do it your self too. but if some users doing it, cannot stop it. we can't stop humans. at least you can do is place a re-capture for human verification and also limit number of application per IP for like 15 mins ore more. that would at least reduce the number even those are human idiots doing that.
