Bitcoin escrow coding for multivendor site (Wordpress)

The job I need to be done is creating a Bitcoin Escrow Plugin for WordPress (Dokan). I've to build the plugin in a multivendor platform. IMPORTANT!!! When a seller post a new item he can choose to price it in Dollar, Euro or BTC. If he choose dollars or Euros when he sell something the escrow have to convert instantly the value from dollars/euro to bitcoin (the value is taken from another website). When the buyer buy something the bitcoin go in escrow, the seller recive the notify of it and ship the item. When the buyer recive the item release the escrow, olthoght it will release automatically after 14 days. When an escrow is released a percentage have to be deposit on a different wallet. I've to be able to modify both the wallet address the percentage of fee. The escrow have to also generate an address wallet for each user. Each user can change it with an appropriate key.
