Bar Trivia & Waiting Room Trivia

Hi, i am looking for a software package that allows me to develop trivia games to offer to waiting rooms in doctors, lawyers, dentists etc that patients can play as they wait to see the doctor. The game would be like any trivia game you would find in a bar or party but it will not have the direct interaction as you would in these places. The questions will be timed with the wrong ones dropping off as time goes by remaining with the correct one. The player will answer questions in their mind as opposed to answering them on a game pad. The 2nd project is similar to the 1st on with the difference of where it is used. This one will be for bars and is also similar to all those bar trivia games out there with the difference being the mode of input while answering the questions. Instead of getting a game pad from the bar the player will use his/her android mobile phone to answer the questions after downloading a communication app from the restaurants server. Unlike most trivia games in the U.S this one will run on the company wifi as opposed to the internet. This due the stability of ISP's in my country.
