Amazon, ebay, craiglist bot program

I need a software program that I can enter some items for it to constantly monitor amazon, ebay, and craigslist for. When someone posts that item for sale in a given price range that I can input, the software will email me to alert me. The software needs 3 different tabs, one for amazon, ebay, and craigslist. It needs to check if someone has posted the given list of items every so many seconds ( i should be able to specify the time delay). Each item i want to monitor will have a minimum price, maximum price, and time delay to refresh. Items need to only be emailed once, so once I get emailed for a certain item from a certain seller, I shouldn't be emailed again and again ever xx seconds. Amazon items I will specify the ASIN number for the item I want to monitor. ebay items I will specify the search term along with price range of course. The software needs to notify me only for items ending in the next 24 hours and for newly posted items within the last 24 hours (if they meet my price criterea, auction price or BUY IT NOW price). Craigslist items I should be able to specify the city, example [login to view URL] and category for example /cta (cars and trucks). Then I can specify the search term and price range again. Please bid what you actually intend to do this for, I will not accept programmers who try to find various excuses to increase the price later. I also need this finished within the next 10 days, no exceptions. Please ask any questions before offering bid prices. I am willing to pay $320 for this program.
