Add something in my software

Hello, We are selling gaming licences over ebay. We have an unique software which sends the licences automatically after the payment. To make it more comfortable to us, we need someone who can add some features. In this case you should have expierences with ebay, paypal, C, PHP and MYSQL. The new features are not great, so the payment is not really big, but we need someone whos interested to work continuously, so the potential is not bad to make enough cash for your company. The features we need are: - After a licence key has been sent, the software should change the status of the order to "delivered" on ebay. - Right now,the software sends automatically an email to the customer's emailaddress which has been registered on his paypal account. This email is just a confirmation for us and him, he must open the email and the included link before he gets the licence. Some customers dont open it because they dont read the description...or they are just too stupid ;)...in this case the software should send a reminder in an ebay message (an internal message system of ebay). In this email do we inform him that he should check his email account. Budget is $75 Thanks
