Add UPS and USPS shipping modules to oscommerce 2.3

I have an oscommerce 2.3.1 store that needs to have UPS and USPS shipping modules installed.

UPS will be the main shipper and USPS will be used for non USA shipments. This should be coded into the checkout process this way by you.
