Hi,
I have developed software for over 20 years, and have lots of experience with most web-related technologies, both server-side and client-side, including HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, Ajax, PHP and more.
I will use the jQuery-File-Upload plugin as a base (it's MIT-licensed), which provides most of the upload functionality requested. Note that cross-domain uploads require the ability to control the destination server to send CORS headers, but I guess in your setup this shouldn't be a problem, right?
Then I will develop a php script to display the files, and enable renaming, deletion, creation of folders.
When you say "view details" or "edit", what exactly do you have in mind?
Is the file hierarchy to be purely filesystem-based, or do you want to use a database?
Also, I suppose there's supposed to be a per-user list of files/folders, or is it common to everyone?
Let me know if you can clarify the above points or have any questions.
Jacques.
