Data manipulation script

We are looking for an expert who is able to work with an existing database of specific data and an existing algorithm(will be provided) in order to output variations/manipulations of the original data. Also, scripting needs to written in such a way as to allow for additional operations to be performed on the manipulated data. A user interface(web) is required to allow for testing and viewing of resulting manipulated data. In addition to the above, we expect the winning candidate to be able to deliver code which is clean, and well commented in english. Successful candidate will have worked in this area previously and have extensive knowledge of data manipulation. Do not bid/contact unless you meet the above criteria and are immediately available.
