Covert Excel to Working Web Calculators

The project involves converting excel formula's to working web formula's that someone can enter information into and generate results. There are 6 calculators and they all deal with finance and investing. My website will be php based with mysql capabilities. I'm not sure what woudl need to be done to make this happen.
The traditional excel conversion tools do not work and allow for limited customization. i'm looking for guidance as well as a good price for the work. Please post what additional information you need to give an accurate bid and i'll reply promtply.
