Changes to a site

I have a adult site script bought. I want really just design css work done. I need it done in the next 1-2 hours. I'll pay $30 for this. I want the member admin and the model admin change from red to the same color as the the regular site. 2. Put in logo you see before you login, 3. Put in background city image you see before you login to the model login or member login. 4. Fix the user 3 members that dropdown on the homepage. 5. Add state to the membership field on member login. 6. so basically getting rid of the and making the colors of the homesite before you login to members admin and models admin.
