Create WordPress directory template

Requesting proposals to create a WordPress directory theme with the ability to allow users post from front end. Apart from standard details collected from users like title, content body etc., visitor will also enter a time frame and select an option from time zone. This article will be published with the said details and the time slot the author had entered is expected to be displayed in a calendar format such as MS Outlook calendar, google calendar, iOS etc.. The visitors will be able to open that file and save it to their calendars. This website is expected to have responsive design.. Developers can very well modify any existing theme to suit this requirement. One example that comes close to our thoughts is eList by Elegant themes. Of course, it is not responsive and lacks the time slot functionality that we need to add upon to the theme, but we are open to any discussions from potential developers. Thanks for your time. PG
