code for stock market closing prices

I have a product called market browser which refreshes stock market quotes every 20 minutes.

There is also a free market browser on the net to download.

I need a program to copy the open ,hi, low , closes on up to 20 stocks

and email them at 5.00 pm eastern time to my brother automatically every day, Monday through Friday

It would look something like this

May 20th 2009

Ticker open hi low close

sso 25.61 26.06 25.42 25.58

sds 57.88 58.30 56.56 57.98

dxo 3.55 3.60 3.44 3.54

I want this to be handle up to 20 stock quotes.

It must work with the whatever they call the time changes, my computer is wrong a couple months a year

My brother is in a federal prison a can receive email, but excel and adobe will not open up in a email.

so a note pad or word pad will have to do.

Im am a PATRIOT AND WANT A CODER FROM THE USA ONLY

I believe there will be future work.
