Data Base Tracking and Email Notification

I am involved in the Network Marketing industry and i need an experienced coder to develop a Referral ID number tracking system thatwhich allows people on my team to uses their respective referral ID numbers to refer other prospects to my website to view my acrchived webinar prsentation. The system should ask the prospects for their name, email address and the referral ID number of thr person who referred them to the site. Once the system validates the referral ID number entered it should act as the password and give the person access to the website.. Afterwards the system should also send my team member an automatic email notification informing him that? a prospect? just viewed the presentaion with his referral ID number. ? The member should be also sent a link to a members section to view the name of the prospect, including time, date, email address etc. ## Deliverables I am involved in a Network Marketing business and I am seeking to use the leverage of technology to grow my business team. Please note that I have already created a rich multi-media recorded acrchived? video that does all the SELLING and TELLING about my business to my propsects 24-7and also automates the whole process. What I'm in need of is an experienced coder who can develop a system that will require prospects to enter His/her name, email address and the Referral ID number of the person who referred him/her to my website to view the webiinar. Next the system should validate the Refrral ID as a registered member on my team from my internal member/downline database. If the person enters a vaslid ID number then I would like the name of the member who referred the prospect to then pop up on the screen and read something like "Welcome you were referred to this presentation by John Doe" Next I want the system to send an instant automatic email notification to John Doe the registered member who referred the prospect to the website to view the webinar. I also want John Doe to receive the instant email notication whenever anyone he referred views the website content with his referral ID number. He should be able to click a link in his email that will forward him the the members section whereby he can see all the contact information of the referred project as well as the date and time duration? of the prospect Joe Doe referred to the website. Lastly I want prospects to be able to join online with ease by simply clicking a series of join buttons that I want embeded on various pages . The join button will automatically forward the prospect to the member's network marketing company join page.
