We have recently upgraded from Cerberus Helpdesk v 3.x to 4.1 . . . It's up and running without problem . . . ? However it needs to be tweeked, rules and groups set, response messages set etc. ? I don't have the time to deal with it now. ? Please bid on 2 hours of 'clean-up' etc.
