Custom Wordpress Theme / Addons

We need a WordPress blog with custom theme installed on our existing site. Should have typical blog features such as RSS feed, etc. with the following plugins (plus any others you might suggest): All in One SEO Pack WP ??" SpamFree All in One Adsense MyCaptcha Google XML Sitemaps Ultimate Google Analytics BreadCrumb NavXT HeadSpace 2 (<[login to view URL]>) SEO Friendly Images (<[login to view URL]>) We need a custom WordPress theme with header that integrates well with our existing site (we have a header for you to model). Should be a three column design with the categories, archives, etc. in the left column, the blog posts in the middle column, and ads, RSS feeds, etc. in the right column (similar to mightygirl dot com). We had someone from RAC previously working on it and never finished so we have a model for you to start with. Also want all of the SEO and plugins discussed in this article to be applied to the blog: <[login to view URL]>. Please give examples of blogs you have designed and implemented along with a timeline on when the project would be completed. We will need you to teach us how to use the blog as well.
