Custom Streamer /rss feed

I am looking to have a customer streamer/rss feed made (kind of what ameritrade uses for stocks) [IMG][login to view URL][/IMG] or [login to view URL] It has to be password protected & also they can edit what they want the to show. It will be feeding from the site [login to view URL] this live streamer has to be that they can click any of the feeds (like any rss) & it will take them to the requested item also they can get to my site (home page) also this streamer should work on a monthly paying bases so if they don pay for next month subscription it shouldnt let them access anything but the payment gateway (also they should be able to send in their own request from the streamer like front page of [login to view URL] if possible) I would also like if its possible to add feeds from other sites in the future (but only sites I allow) If i am not clear please ask & I will reply asap David
