Create Facebook Business Page Template System

Hi I have an internet training business and supply website templates/themes to clients to build websites from/with. I wish to offer an additional service - to offer templates/themed sites for clients to post their own Facebook Web Pages, on facebook. These templates will be easy to use and maintain, and we prefer to use Wordpress where at all possible. All code MUST have CLEAR and ACURATE Comments in it, and must all be clean and well layed out. It must be written so my staff can update and maintain these themes so clear code such as FBML would be good. Please offer advice on code you prefer to use, and I will confirm if we accept that or not. Templates will be branded as created and supplied by my company, and must be original. Not, copied from an existing program or file or previous project completed. Pages will need to offer location for images, content, special offer, opt in box and provide facility for auto-responders to be linked to the page's optin box. Also facility is needed to store and build lists from these optin form. Pages will need to have provision for a 'authentication key/code' to be applied into the site before it can be used live. If a client ceases their monthly payment with my company, this key/code will then de-activate the Facebook Theme they have applied to the page. Further indepth details of my company and copyright etc, will be given after I receive your quote for this work. Please quote to supply 6 different styled templates for Facebook Page website, so each will have different layouts. Clients will be taught how to replace images and content as they require. I need to receive this job completed by the end of October. Please advise if this time zone is not realistic or if you are able to provide quicker. Thanks
