Changes to customer relationship management backend PHP/MySQL

We are modifying the backend of the website [login to view URL] Main requests are: 1. In the database there are fields members, the gift vouchers that are supplied to members, and thesales people that sold the gift vouchers. We need to link the salesperson directly to the member. includes adding field in database, adding input field for member details. 2. When website user's sign in, after they enter their name, DOB and postcode, need to check whether they are already members then log them in, if not show them the registration form and pre-fill the information. 3. Currently a member can choose a company to redeem their gift voucher based on 2 criteria: what the company does and the industry they are in. the industry is populated based on a list but the other field is input via a random text field. We need to add all these to a list. Then, when members choose which company to redeem from, we need to exclude the other companies in the same industry and category as the company that issued the gift voucher to that member. 1. Involves adding all entries in a field in DB to a list. 2. Altering input forms (add and edit) so that the category is standard in the DB. 3. Adding a script so that if certain companies in the same category are selected by entering the 'Offer Code' a message is displayed that the offer is not redeemable by this vendor (we will detail this) 4. Reporting (cron jobs): 1. Need a weekly report emailed to each sales rep that includes the amount of vouchers issued by them ad the number that have been redeemed. 2. Need a report for the number of printed vuchers per sales rep sent weekly to admin 5. Change order of current list of services so that newest is on top 6. Hyperlink all merchant websites on merchant profile pages. need to finish within 4 days. will provide email support. Thanks.
